Company Description

The National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management (FHM) is an independent, non‑profit training center established through a partnership between The Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), and Saudi Aramco. FHM aims to develop skilled talent to serve the growing facilities and hospitality management sectors and is deeply committed to providing world‑class training that supports national workforce development priorities.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Program Leader located in Medina. The Program Leader will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Responsibilities include evaluating program outcomes, engaging with stakeholders, monitoring program progress, addressing obstacles, and fostering a positive participant experience. The leader will also ensure that customer needs are met and provide strong support for trainees and educators throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

Program Management skills, including the ability to plan, implement, and oversee initiatives effectively.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders and delivering effective messaging.

Training skills to guide and support educators, and skills in delivering or facilitating professional development.

Customer service abilities to address participant needs and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to solve problems effectively in on‑site environments.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; experience in the hospitality or facilities management industry is an asset.
