Overview We are seeking a friendly, well-organized
Junior Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our Saudi office. This role is open
exclusively to Saudi nationals in accordance with government regulations
and is ideal for candidates with early professional experience who want to grow in an international work environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including receiving deliveries and handling correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Administration, Business, or related field).
1–3 years of relevant work experience in reception, customer service, or office administration.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
