This role exists to ensure operational excellence in the end-to-end cash collection and claims management cycle. Corresponding with customers to close open invoices, settle claims, resolve disputes, and reconcile balances. Coordinating with colleagues in logistics and sales for open actions and to highlight risks or manage bad debts. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Experiences & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in accounts receivables, collections, or claims managementExperience in working across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholdersExperience of working with key information systems (Excel, SAP)Excellent communication skills - Impactful and flexible communication Multitasking and ability to work with different ad hoc issues. Skills Negotiation & influencing skillsTeam player : Whatever their role, always looks for better ways to serve consumers. Invests time inside and outside to understand the needs of consumers.
