Fraud and Chargeback Specialist - Lead

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Fraud and Chargeback Specialist - Lead. The role involves overseeing fraud prevention efforts, managing chargeback processes, conducting thorough fraud investigations, and using analytical skills to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities. The specialist will also be responsible for communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a secure and efficient payment system.

Qualifications

Fraud Prevention and Fraud Investigations skills

Experience managing Chargeback processes

Strong Analytical Skills

Strong Reporting Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the financial or payment processing industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience working with Fintech / Payments / POS / Banking / Payment gateways

Experience working with SAMA regulated companies and SAMA regulations
