Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement data strategies to support Madar’s business objectives.
Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems for leadership and operational teams.
Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to create business value.
Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience : 8-12 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence; ideally within the logistics, transportation, or a related sector.

Technical Skills : Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python), and data management software (e.g., SQL, Excel).

Strong experience in using advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, and machine learning, to provide actionable insights.

Business Acumen : Adequate understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, with the ability to connect data analysis with business outcomes.

Problem-solving skills and proven ability to develop creative solutions based on data-driven insights.

Experience in communication and presentation of complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.

Experience in project management, with a capacity to prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively.

Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
