Overview
Position : Service Advisor. The Service Advisor is responsible for interfacing with customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and coordinating the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles to identify service and repair requirements
- Explain findings and recommended services to customers, providing cost estimates
- Coordinate the repair process, communicating with technicians and parts personnel
- Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and materials
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve department efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
