Responsible to provide clinical and administrative supervision of day to day unit operational activities to ensure providing optimal quality care within the scope of service of the department. Head Nurse is responsible to ensure that all Nursing staff are well trained and competent to perform their tasks/ job in efficient and safe way.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
Minimum Six (6) years of relevant experience and Three (3) years experience at Senior Nursing level.
Handling & knowledge of departmental equipment’s infection control & procedures patient care effective communication nursing training & guidance
