Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential individual learners for the academy’s training programs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the academy’s programs, highlighting how they address learners’ needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure programs meet or exceed student expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables, and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
- Provide post‑sales support and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle class coordination and student queries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education or a related field.1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in the training or education industry.Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in using CRM software.Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.Deep understanding of Blue Ocean Management Training’s programs and their alignment with student needs.Adaptability and quick learning ability to understand new training offerings.Benefits
