Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. This includes tasks such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The Guest Service Expert helps make transactions feel like part of the overall experience. Responsibilities
Set and maintain dining tables and stations as required. Communicate with the kitchen and other team members to coordinate guest needs. Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain clean and organized work areas and manage supplies. Assist with other reasonable job duties as requested to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Physical Requirements
Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around for extended periods; may be required to stand, sit, or walk, and to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks may involve reading and visually verifying information, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Education :
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience :
Less than 1 year related work experience. Supervisory Experience :
