Sr. Technical Business Analyst (Contract)

with strong analytical skills and a tech-savvy mindset to translate business needs into impactful digital and technical solutions that shape the future of experiences and services in the Kingdom. Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal teams to

analyze business requirements , processes, and systems. Conduct

as-is / to-be analysis , gap assessments, and feasibility studies. Translate requirements into

functional and technical specifications

for development teams. Support

digital and IT projects

by aligning business goals with technology solutions. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions. Prepare

business cases, process models, and user stories

to guide solution delivery. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution. Provide

quality assurance and validation

for implemented solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience

as a Business Analyst and

technology / digital projects . Proven ability to manage and support

IT / digital transformation initiatives . Strong knowledge of

business analysis frameworks, process mapping, and documentation tools . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Consulting background is highly preferred.
