Sales Manager – Urbas Middle East at Qureos
Based in Riyadh, you will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious commercial property sales targets, leading a high‑performing team and driving market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Assembly & Leadership
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a top‑tier commercial real estate sales team.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and ongoing coaching.Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and implement motivation strategies.Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans.
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators.Market Analysis & Business DevelopmentConduct in‑depth market research to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients.Represent the company at events and networking functions.Client Relationship ManagementDeliver exceptional client service and address needs effectively.
Negotiate complex deals for favorable terms.Foster long‑term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Reporting & Performance ManagementPrepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.
Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate CRM updates.Compliance & Best PracticesEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian real estate laws and regulations.
Implement best practices in sales processes and client management.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. Master’s or certifications (RICS, CCIM) are a strong plus.Experience7‑10 years in commercial real estate sales.
3‑5 years in sales management or team leadership within commercial real estate.Track record of building and leading successful sales teams.Extensive knowledge of the Riyadh market.Language Skills : Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.Technical SkillsProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Skills & Attributes
