A leading Global Market Research Company is looking for an Account Director with a pure qualitative background to lead their Saudi Arabia office (Riyadh). This person will be fully responsible for achieving profitability and turnover targets across an array of clients. Provide strategic and relevant marketing insights to clients based on analysis of market research data, ensuring a high quality of work whilst deadlines are met. Job responsibilities for this role include : A major contribution to and responsibility for the growth and profitability of your sectors / clients as a significant part of the annual business plan Provide solutions to company barriers that are holding back profitability and growth in the relevant sectors Accountable for achievement of annual GM and profit results Strong proficiency in pricing for success and profit Responsible for bringing and managing 3-4m AED revenue Generate RFP’s Accountable for overall integrity of proposal / pitch Design to the budget while maximising client spend Proactively work with team and suppliers for process improvement to benefit client Responsible for the negotiations with client over changes impacting on original brief Ensuring client deliverables meet client expectations and needs; deliver excellence Demonstrate thought leadership on the subject Identification and development of new clients in these sectors and continued growth of existing clients through ongoing research excellence and relevant expertise Have a thorough understanding of the client business and market Maintain motivation in team through clear communication Lead development of account strategy and communication to the team Ensure all direct reports have objectives and development plans that support company strategy Requirements for this role are : Fluent Arabic and English skills Educated in a related field (BA / MA / BCOM) At least 6 years relevant experience in market research and analysis A background with managerial experience Knowledge of research processes and methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) Ability to advise on research methodologies and products Data analysis and interpretation Marketing processes Project Management Superior presentation skills Excellent skills in Microsoft Office HR Source Consulting is a premier Human Resources Consultancy that provides clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with expert human resources planning and solutions.
