Global Exchange Group is a Spanish multinational company, founded in 1996 and specialized in foreign currency exchange services at international airports and other key tourist destinations. With a network of over 450 branches across 80 international airports in 31 countries, we serve 12 million customers annually. We are expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
Position Overview : The overall goal of the position is to provide excellent service to all customers and to sell our market-leading products while respecting internal procedures and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exchange services in line with company procedures and legal authorities, focusing on customer service excellence.
- Identifying the customer's needs and representing the company during the exchange operation, offering the benefits of the process and facilitating cross‑selling transactions.
- Executing exchange transactions following established procedures, complying with legal requirements, and achieving customer care excellence.
- Acting as the primary point of contact with customers and ensuring the highest level of customer care.
- Documenting transactions according to legal criteria.
- Clarifying doubts, addressing customer suggestions, and providing clear, complete arguments against any complaints during the exchange process.
- Informing the supervisor of any problems or eventualities that might arise during the operation.
- Demonstrating valuable IT experience to efficiently resolve technical problems and provide remote support to the IT department.
- Being willing to travel nationally.
Qualifications
High school education is the minimum requirement, with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.University fresh graduates are welcomed.Native Arabic and good command of verbal and written English is a must; additional languages are a plus.Interest in sales and / or customer service positions, or prior experience in sales or customer service in retail, FMCG, F&B, or tourism sectors is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to understand and identify customer expectations and needs.Willingness to make direct contact with customers, to take responsibility, and to provide the best service.Willingness to work in different shifts.Key Details
