Raya International Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is looking to hire an Oracle Program Manager with the below job responsibilities and qualifications : Key job responsibilities

Nature of job impact : Conduct the project planning activities and manage the execution of large scale, high risk, or strategic projects according to plan. Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer. Lead cross-functional / Project Managers teams towards delivering defined project outputs in terms of time, budget and project quality. Participate in developing project management best practices and ensure they are adhered to. Perform Project Management Reviews and reinforce the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned and best practices development. Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyze lessons learned and share with the organization’s project management community. Manage the financial aspects of large-scale project; budgeting and estimate to actual variance. Manage all contract terms including changes in work scope, timeline and obligations, and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and administer contract changes. Build customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deal with difficult issues at the customer and find win-win solutions. Areas job impacts

Required skills, expertise & Knowledge : Functional level : Experience on relevant applications. Hands-on experience in ERP systems. Full understanding of implementation methodology. Experience in managing project P&L. Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as, project charter, integrated project management plans, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule. Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements. Knowledge of the strategic and operational issues of the project management business unit. A clear vision of what determines a successful project for the customer and for the enterprise. Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, HR management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping. Business level : Knowledge of business practices and standard policies and procedures. Cross-industry ERP knowledge. Interpersonal level : Must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to alter their message and communication style to resonate with the target audience, including C-level executives. Strong leadership and people management skills. Outstanding presentation skills. Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines. Result-oriented. Excellent teaming / cooperation skills. Decision-making and ownership Self-Motivation Customer oriented Problem Solving : Taking appropriate steps to avoid problems before occurring. Educational background needed for the job : BSc. from a reputable university; preferably Communication, Computer Science or Computer Engineering. PMP certificate is an advantage. Professional experience

Professional experience needed for the job : Minimum 12 years of total experience, 10 of which in Project Management with full lifecycle ERP implementation in multiple countries. Track record of building and developing capabilities / successors. Functional / technical knowledge of Oracle modules is a must. Familiarity with the Oracle methodology and corresponding documentation. Proficiency in MS Office suite – including but not limited to – Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
