Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and advanced modeling analysis to assess investment opportunities.
• Evaluate target companies and existing investments using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Analyze financial markets and sector-specific developments relevant to the group’s investment strategy.
• Support investment transaction processes, including participation in financial and legal due diligence.
• Coordinate with external consultants such as legal, financial, and technical advisors.
• Contribute to ongoing portfolio management and alignment with group strategy.
• Provide support in shareholder relations, preparing communications, coordinating meetings, and assisting in resolving investment-related inquiries.
• Follow up on financial and legal aspects related to subsidiaries, ensuring proper governance.
• Prepare periodic investment performance reports for internal review and decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and related committees.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the manager, supporting investment-related tasks, strategic initiatives, and organizational needs.
