Provide efficient and effective day-to-day management of service facilities according to service policy and procedures. Guide all employees and ensure a high level of motivation, discipline, and morale. Guarantee full utilization of workshop available labor and resources to achieve service objectives. Job Requirements

Demonstrated history of workshop KPI achievements and improvement record. 5 Years of extensive experience in both Mechanical and Bodyshop operations of the Automotive Industry. Saudi National is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Technical Diploma. (SCE) Saudi Council Engineer membership is highly required for Saudi National. Obtained a 3rd level training certificate (Master Technician or equivalent). Knowledge of the basics of management and problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of all the operations in the service department comprehensively and thoroughly. Experience in using service / workshop manuals provided by the manufacturer. Understand workshop safety requirements and precautions. Skills
