Job Description

Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Highrise Project Manager to lead and manage ongoing and upcoming Highrise projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a key leadership role within our Highrise projects portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for Highrise projects
• Act as the main point of contact to the customer
• Be accountable for technical planning, project formation, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams
• Provide strong leadership, technical direction, and ensure team members are continually trained in formwork systems
• Determine and plan technical solutions for Highrise projects
• Support the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet customer needs
• Ensure solutions are economically viable and compliant with safety and regulatory guidelines from design through completion
• Provide analysis and design / price calculations as required and monitor conformance with contractual guidelines
• Coordinate and manage projects and daily business activities
