Senior Quality Inspector, Low Voltage | alfanar Electric

Overview Senior Quality Inspector, Low Voltage role at alfanar Electric. This position exists to ensure that Quality Control Procedures are implemented in each line and that Quality Control Documentation is produced efficiently, on time, and to defined quality standards per policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out the inspection, testing activities, and QA activities as instructed by the immediate manager

Control of design change documents and registration; hand over the markup drawing to Design Office to regularize as-built drawings

Assist superior during customer inspections and other testing activities

Attend customer inspections and other testing activities

Raise Product NCRs if any defect is found during inspection

Control non-conforming products (by raising punch list / NCR and follow up till completion)

Prepare the test reports

Prepare warranty certificates

Arrange responses to FAT comments

Prepare the Certificate of Conformity (COC)

Perform site damaged panels inspections and report preparation

Delivery : Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time; execute operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions

Compliance : Comply with related policies, procedures, and processes

Academic Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Institute

Work Experience

2 to 5 years
