Head Waitress

Zodiac , you are a leader, a service professional, and the embodiment of our guest experience philosophy. You will supervise the service team, ensure smooth daily operations, and personally deliver exceptional service to our guests. Your role combines coordination, training, guest engagement, and hands-on service to uphold Zodiac's reputation for excellence, elegance, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient, and elegant service at all times. Assign sections, brief team members, and manage floor coverage based on bookings and flow. Greet VIP guests, ensuring personal, attentive service and timely problem resolution. Maintain a full understanding of the menu, daily specials, beverage pairings, and upsell opportunities. Lead pre-service briefings, communicate daily specials, events, and service priorities to the team. Assist in training, mentoring, and onboarding of new waitstaff to uphold Zodiac's service standards. Monitor table turnover, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness of service areas. Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure efficient communication and accurate order flow. Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion. Supervise the closing duties, checklists, and end-of-day reporting or handovers. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager on guest feedback, staff performance, and service improvements. Lead by example in grooming, posture, tone, and interaction - setting the standard for others to follow. Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in an upscale restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or Head waitress role. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced service environment. Confident and polished appearance, with excellent personal grooming. Deep knowledge of food, and service etiquette. Proactive and guest-focused, with a warm, engaging personality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in English About The Group
