The Duty Engineer (Mechanical) supports the Head of Engineering in overseeing mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality operations, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. The role involves supervising contractors, managing preventive maintenance, and supporting the resort’s sustainability and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems and facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and departments to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
• Monitor construction quality, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support energy‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement of systems and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Jayasom’s safety and hygiene standards.
