Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Retail Operations team and lead the visual identity of our stores. This role is at the heart of how our customers experience our brand, ensuring that every store display, seasonal launch, and campaign reflects creativity, consistency, and commercial impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s visual merchandising strategy aligned with global standards.
- Lead seasonal launches, campaigns, and in-store displays across all stores.
- Monitor and audit store visuals, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to optimize product presentation and campaign execution.
- Build, train, and lead a team of Visual Merchandisers, fostering creativity and commercial awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field.7–10 years of VM experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role in international retail.Strong creative vision with proven commercial results.Excellent leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Up-to-date knowledge of global retail design and customer experience trends.Senioriry level
