System Coordinator

To oversee the implementation and operation of the Cyber Automotive and Tawuniya Dashboard systems within the workshop, ensuring that all departments comply with the approved operational procedures. The role aims to integrate both systems effectively, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate between teams and inspectors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Implement and monitor the Cyber Automotive system in the workshop according to the approved plan and schedule.
• Supervise the Tawuniya Dashboard as a secondary integrated system, ensuring accurate and timely submission of inspection picture reports and pricing quotations.
• Maintain direct communication with the Tawuniya inspector to clarify notes and expedite approval processes.
• Ensure effective coordination between the workshop team and Tawuniya inspector to avoid any delays or miscommunication.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments (Reception, Spare Parts, Mechanical, Inspection, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure full integration between both systems.
• Monitor operational flow within both systems and ensure no step is missed or bypassed.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Support the team in making data-driven operational decisions based on insights from both systems.
• Promote positive communication and collaboration between departments to enhance teamwork and performance.
• Provide basic training or guidance to teams on using both systems when necessary.
• Ensure the workshop’s readiness to apply future updates or technical improvements to both systems.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented personality.
• Strong analytical skills to support decision-making based on system data.
• Proficiency in using digital systems and operational management software.
• Excellent English communication skills (English Speaker) — spoken and written.
