JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Analyst Manager to lead our financial analysis team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions that align with our organizational goals. You will mentor and guide a team of analysts, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations
- Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
