Delivery Specialist

• Coordinate with the PDI department for vehicle readiness and schedule handover appointments with the sales department.
• Liaise with the team to ensure the customer is informed of any delays, changes in requirements, or specifications to ensure a smooth vehicle handover.
• When required, ensure handover of a vehicle outside the company with the same standards of customer service.
• Deliver new vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Introduce customers to Service and Parts department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations and the quality and variety of retail parts and accessories.
• Inform the customer about all extras, accessories, and warranties available.
• Keep accurate records of delivery status and send a daily report of cars delivered to the line manager; accurately complete and record all vehicle transaction details, including delivery documents and extended warranty, with sales administration.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and work in a customer-focused team to improve customer service.
