Charterhouse is partnering with a market leader in turnkey interior solutions. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their high performing team in Riyadh.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership experience and a successful track record of devising effective business development strategies. The Sales Manager will oversee a team and work closely with the business unit head to determine and drive key performance metrics. The role involves staying up to date with market trends, recommending activities and new developments to improve sales performance and increase market share. A focus on continuous development is essential, including training, coaching and supporting the team to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision makers at all levels to win new business and build strong client relationships with key partners.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of successful experience in B2B sales within the interiors, furniture or fit-out industry, handling a range of commercial projects. They should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive nature and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Strong knowledge and working experience in Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets are considered essential. Preference will be given to Arabic speakers.
