Business domain knowledge : Possess significant knowledge in master planning, design, cost planning, and development management. Technical domain knowledge : Have a strong understanding of IT systems relevant to Qiddiya Development business such as GIS, Project Controls. Analytical skills : Able to convert requirements into IT solutions in an optimal way and generate business-related insights. Functional and process expertise : Able to shape business IT demand, articulate business technology roadmap and vision, develop business case; have experience in IT project management in relevant industry (e.g., construction, real estate, local government). Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years specifically in business relationship management. Extensive experience in business relationship management, business / IT alignment, implementation of technology strategy and platforms. Proven ability to lead strategic IT initiatives and manage multiple projects effectively within a complex environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - IT BRM Master Development to lead our strategic initiatives in Business Relationship Management within our IT department.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization, facilitating collaboration between business units and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as business agent in the IT, and advocate for interests of the business in IT.
- Build trust and strong relationship between IT and the Master Development business.
- Co-define, refine and shape business needs, and anticipate business demand.
- Discuss IT project status with business stakeholders and share business feedback with the IT organization.
- Ensure business is aware of IT capabilities and services, and the latest emerging technology related trends that could positively impact the Development business.
