Position Overview MoneyDo is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Investment Analyst to support the company’s real‑estate investment activities. This full‑time position will be responsible for conducting market research, financial modeling, and project evaluation to identify high‑potential investment opportunities.
The Investment Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide data‑driven insights that drive MoneyDo’s strategic decisions and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis
Conduct in‑depth research on Saudi Arabia’s real‑estate market, including trends, opportunities, and risks.
Analyze industry data, economic indicators, and competitor activity to inform investment strategies.
Prepare detailed market reports and presentations for internal use and investor communication.
Financial Modeling and Project Evaluation
Develop financial models to assess the feasibility and potential returns of real‑estate projects.
Evaluate the financial performance of investment opportunities, considering risk factors and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with fund managers and developers to gather accurate project data for analysis.
Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor the performance of MoneyDo’s real‑estate investments, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (required).

Professional Experience
