Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the smart home sector (lighting, automation, security ,CCTV, Firefighting etc.) across KSA. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned region. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Skills Required
Strong knowledge of smart home technologies (lighting control, automation, security systems, AV solutions. ELV system). Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in KSA. Strong client relationship and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, with good market understanding. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or Business Administration. Technical certifications in automation / smart home technologies (preferred). Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
