Senior Integration & Interface Manager

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Integration & Interface Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and communicating between stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of projects. In this role, you will work closely with project teams, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and interface management throughout the project lifecycle. You will identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and support timely delivery of projects. Develop and implement the integration and interface management strategy for multiple projects Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify and resolve interface issues Ensure effective communication and collaboration among different project teams Manage and mitigate risks associated with integration and interface challenges Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders Lead and mentor a team of integration and interface professionals Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in integration and interface management Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on integration and interface management Proven track record in managing complex integration and interface challenges Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in project management tools and techniques Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred Professional certifications in project management or related field is a plus Benefits
