الوصف الوظيفيDevelop and update procedures for documenting complaints and conducting investigations. Testing : Manage software testing tools and modern technologies. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement. Auditing : Collaborate with legal audit teams to ensure organizational objectives are met. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (aGRC) : Monitor compliance with local and international regulations. Identify potential risks and establish mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Management :
Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement IT governance frameworks.
Experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of standards like ISO-9001.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with defect management and software testing tools.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
