With over 140 years of legacy, Bulgari Middle East is looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate Manager, to lead and elevate our maison within KSA, contributing to the overall MEAI strategy.
As the Marketing and Communication Associate Manager for Bulgari in Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing the brand's presence in the country. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as a solo leader and individual contributor within a regional and global context.
Strategy Support & Planning :
- Assist in developing and implementing trade marketing strategies tailored to the Saudi market, aligned with Bulgari's global and regional objectives.
- Ensure trade marketing activities align with overall brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Bulgari's global and regional objectives and tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
Promotional Activities :
Plan and execute trade plans, in-store activations, and events outside the boutiques.Develop tailored trade plans for flagship stores, with clear objectives and KPIs.Work closely with regional office, media, PR, retail, VM, and training teams to maximize promotional effectiveness.Implement innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement across various channels, including digital, print, and events.Communication :
Craft compelling messaging and narratives to effectively communicate Bulgari's brand story, values, and product offerings to the target audience.Adapt content locally to strengthen relevance.Market Analysis :
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Use insights to support trade marketing plans and initiatives.Budget Management :
Manage the trade marketing budget for the Saudi market.Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.Monitor spending and ensure activities are cost-effective and within budget.Event Planning & Coordination :
Plan and execute high-profile events, product launches, and brand activations to create memorable experiences and drive brand affinity.Develop support tools to update the regional office and communicate effectively across all functions.Reporting and Analysis :
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.Prepare regular reports and presentations on trade marketing performance.Collaboration :
Work closely with sales, brand marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to execute trade marketing programs.Build strong relationships with local agencies and influencers to maximize brand exposure and foster strategic alliances.Profile
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury goods industry.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market landscape and consumer behavior.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.Skills :
