Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director - Procurement to join our team. This pivotal role involves strategizing and executing procurement processes that support our groundbreaking projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Overview
Location : Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time role reporting to senior leadership within the procurement function.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to negotiate advantageous contracts and improve service delivery
- Guide market research efforts to identify potential suppliers and stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs and provide strategic support
- Prepare and present procurement performance reports to senior leadership
- Lead and mentor the procurement team, instilling a culture of high performance and accountability
- Ensure adherence to legal and organizational procurement policies and processes to mitigate risks
