We are seeking an experienced and driven
Head of Sales
to lead our sales function for design and engineering services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams in the engineering, design, or technology sectors. Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for design and engineering services. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, product design, technology). Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand service capabilities and tailor proposals to client needs. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within engineering / design / technical services. Strong network within industries utilizing design and engineering services. Proven ability to develop strategies, close high-value deals, and grow revenue. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Results-driven with a strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling. Seniority level
