Senior Manager - Architecture - MBS Stadium SPA 352

Qiddiya Investment Company is proud to be part of the development of the iconic MBS Stadium. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Architecture / Design to lead the architectural vision and design of this prestigious stadium project. In this role, you will ensure that the architectural solutions not only meet functional requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure flow of information is occuring, in both directions, to maintain off and onsite programmes
• Oversee / monitor the design teams of contractor and LDC to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Monitor the design interfaces between primary steel frame and facade support to ensure appropriate measures are being taken.
• Review and input into specialist heavy lifting strategies.
• Site presence during heavy lifting activities.
• Monitoring on and off-site progress against the programme, includingprogression of design.
• Regular visits to manufacturing facilities to ensure agreed methodsare being followed and that works are progressing in line with reporting.
