Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Sciences, MIS, Physical Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Certify in SAP system in SAP Authorization preferred. Knowledge of SAP integration with Windows Kerberos authentications. Broad knowledge and experience related to computer systems and technologies. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including experience with documentation. Team player with proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and sustain effective relationships with customers and Information Systems organization. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments. Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English. 3-5 year support experience in SAP job roles administration with a specific concentration on authorizations.
