As a
Key Account Director (Confidential Hire) , you will be responsible for leading and managing Tier 1 strategic accounts to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, deliver value, and expand the scope of services through upsell opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client partnerships, driving growth, and making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client needs and design effective plans to meet their requirements.
Meet clients regularly, consult on their needs, and position our services through a consultative selling approach.
Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive client deliverables with innovative ideas.
Conduct periodic health checks and ensure high satisfaction ratings that align with company standards.
Oversee and guide team members to ensure processes are followed for revenue growth.
Drive cross-functional projects across finance, marketing, product, monitoring, analysis, and market research.
Present accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and updates.
Be available for urgent requirements and client crisis management.

Excellent command of English (Arabic is mandate).
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of PR & Communication, including measurement best practices.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Experience
8–10 years of B2B client servicing or commercial experience.
Based in the GCC or proven experience working with GCC clients.
Previous Media Intelligence or PR agency experience is a plus.
Prior experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Government sectors is a plus.
Candidates with secondee experience (working directly within client organizations on behalf of their employer) are preferred.
Licenses / Certifications
AMEC Measurement Foundation (or full course) is a plus.
