Online Consultant (Malayalee) As an Online Consultant (Malayalee), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. Your primary role will be to assist customers with their online queries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. You will work remotely from your own location, without the need for accommodation. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information via online platforms. Assist customers in navigating our website and finding the products or services they require. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. Suggest additional products or services that may benefit the customer. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer any questions from customers. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures. Requirements

Fluent in Malayalam and English languages. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role. Good understanding of online platforms and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. Salary

Competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
