Senior Surveyor

Responsibilities

Plan and execute high-precision surveys for complex or large-scale Power Generation and EHV / HV Substation projects. Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys. Verifying data and calculations. Provide survey data critical for design, layout, and construction. Coordinate the use of advanced surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, Total Station, CAD, GIS). Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction land surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of surveying instruments and data analysis tools. Familiarity with KSA and SEC regulations, legal surveying standards, and permitting processes. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
