Waad Education is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. Lead and carry out various installation, retrofit, and maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of Waad Education's customer's / client's chiller & refrigeration HVAC units in line with the Contract Agreement and the Company Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair chillers, package units, and other AC equipment
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Work closely with the site team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements :

  • Diploma or certification in Engineering, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a large HVAC manufacturing or servicing company, or experience in a relevant industry in any Gulf country (preferred)
  • Proven experience in chiller and other industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
  • Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
