The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content to communicate messages effectively across print and digital platforms. This includes designing logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, packaging, and website assets that align with brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop creative designs for print and digital materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, presentations)
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create on-brand visuals
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communication goals
Edit and retouch images as needed for use across platforms
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Take feedback constructively and make design revisions accordingly
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Prepare final graphics for production or online publishing
Manage file organization and maintain design asset libraries
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Time management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of UI / UX or motion graphics is a plus
