Job Title : Design Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for a Design Coordinator to act as the bridge between our clients and our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to translate client needs into clear creative direction for designers.

This role involves coordinating multiple design projects, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables, and maintaining seamless communication between clients and designers.

Responsibilities

Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, and translate them into actionable design briefs.

Communicate and coordinate between clients and designers.

Review design work before delivery to ensure it meets client expectations and our quality standards.

Provide meaningful feedback to designers, drawing on your own design experience.

Manage project timelines and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.

Support the creative team in maintaining consistency across all brand deliverables.

Compensation

Payment will be on a per-project basis, you’re expected to be present and available during project days, regardless of weekends, when project timelines require it.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.

Strong understanding of design principles and creative presentation.

Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Confident and presentable in client interactions.

Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under tight deadlines.

Experience in agency environments is a plus.
