Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As the Chief Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's financial operations and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards, regulations, and Islamic finance principles
• Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Participate in budgeting processes and financial planning initiatives
• Monitor cash flow and manage treasury operations
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations, implementing necessary adjustments
