QHSE Officer

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Officer to join our team. The role will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and report on QHSE performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend preventive measures.
• Provide QHSE training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies regarding QHSE matters.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to QHSE activities.
• Promote a strong health, safety, quality, and environmental culture across the organization.
