The Fulfilment Network Planning Team (FNP) of the Amazon Japan Operation is looking for Program Managers. Amazon’s mission is to offer the richest product selection on the planet while valuing customers the most. The customer experience is built on three pillars : product selection, low price and convenience, and we expand our business by continuously improving through innovation. The FNP team, launched in 2021, supports the rapid expansion of Amazon’s logistics network, which spans more than 100 locations including Fulfilment Centers (FC) and External Fulfilment (EF). This Program Manager will manage critical programs to operate the FC / EF network more efficiently as a member of the PLEX (Planning and Execution) team.
Key Job Responsibilities
Lead peak readiness and execution management as the single-thread owner of the first mile team.
Reduce operation costs in the short‑term (3 months), medium‑term (6 months), and long‑term (1–3 years).
Create strategy for long‑term volume planning in close collaboration with the supply‑chain team.

Flextime : standard working hours 8 hours / day with business hours 9‑18; working at the office is required every day, while personal circumstances are considered.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in project management reporting results to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Business‑level proficiency in Japanese and English.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data visualization with functions, Pivot Table, Power Query, VBA).
Preferred Qualifications
Stakeholder management experience involving multiple and senior leadership levels.
