Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Establishment & Business Opportunity Expansion
Proactively gain insights into key industries in the country / region / market, identify key / potential customers, and proactively find key decision-making chains to identify customers' actual needs.
Engage with customers through planning of key events, business communication, and visits, gain customer trust, identify product and technology needs, and bring effective business opportunities.Regularly contact existing and potential customers to stay informed about business plans, budgets, supplier status, organizational structure, and technical environment.Establish long-term relationships with customer's CXOs or executives at CXO / CEO level to obtain critical support for cooperation.Product & Technological Value DeliveryDeep understanding of Hybrid Cloud solutions, including software, hardware, networking, security, etc., with deep insight into customer business needs.
Help customers understand the technical value of Alibaba Cloud products (e.g., Apsara Stack, seven major products, AI / Intelligent Computing) and differentiate Alibaba Cloud from competitors to convey the position as the best partner.Demand Match and Business Opportunity ConversionCollaborate with resources such as SA, product team, and ecosystem partners to form a clear sales and solution strategy, design the cooperation path, and communicate for execution.
Provide solution designs that meet customer needs by combining understanding of business requirements with Alibaba Cloud standardizable solutions; address common product / solution questions.Reverse-drive internal solutions for issues affecting customer experience, driving improvements in internal product solutions and process systems.Commercial Operations and Business SupportBased on Alibaba Cloud and customer business process rules, complete customer bidding, contract signing, and other business tasks.
Dynamically track changes in customer needs and promote contract changes.Collaborate with SA, product team, and ecosystem partners to identify and resolve project delivery issues to support customer business goals.Support hybrid cloud complex project operations, participate in bidding process management, project management, risk management, and coordinate organizational resources.Job Requirements
5+ years of cloud computing related industry experience, with experience in B2B sales and pre-sales.Extensive experience in selling software products; experience in major customer expansion is preferred.2+ years of industry experience in specific industries.Experience operating large-scale projects, bidding, risk management, etc.Ability to gain insights into segmented market space, needs, pain points, and opportunities.Ability to independently visit head customers' CTOs or project leaders to complete effective business and technical communication and influence decision-making.Ability to control negotiation pace and independently complete project negotiations to achieve targeted results.Ability to independently lead projects and integrate resources to achieve project goals; operate projects successfully and solve complex problems.Ability to drive and establish deep cooperation with local ecosystem partners to resolve major business disputes and issues; develop ecosystem partner strategies on the ground.Skilled in relevant industry staple solutions, with ability to interpret Alibaba Cloud benchmark cases and articulate core advantages and differentiators.Understand customers\' business and digital transformation needs, diagnose technical problems in specific business scenarios, and provide competitive solutions.Seniorities & Employment
