Overview The Manager, Financial Planning is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. The role oversees the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to enable strategic decision-making and organizational growth. This position ensures financial performance is aligned with business objectives and provides leadership with accurate, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, scenarios, and investment opportunities.

Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations for deviations between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.

Collaborate with business units to ensure financial planning is integrated with operational strategies.

Provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive strategic outcomes.

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the board.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all financial planning processes.

Drive continuous improvement of FP&A systems, tools, and methodologies.
