Cost Engineer

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cost Engineer to join our team. As a Cost Engineer at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for analyzing project costs, developing cost estimates, and tracking project expenses. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine project costs.
• Create accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Monitor and track project expenses, providing regular cost reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop cost control strategies.
• Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
