Regional Project Installation & Commissioning Manager

As Project Installation & Commissioning Manager (Project ICM) your strategic role is to coordinate the Installation & Commissioning phase of the complete project scope of supply from Project Handover until Project Execution Closure. You will lead installation and commissioning activities to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of contractual goals, budgets, directives and commitments. You will be involved in several projects in the Middle East and work from our Dammam facility in Saudi Arabia.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You are assigned to several projects in the Middle East and support the Global Project Manager(s) in negotiating and executing the local booked Installation & Commissioning (I&C) contracts.
• For offshore projects, you monitor and follow up all activities carried out in construction yards (China, Korea, etc.) to secure correct status when equipment arrives in the Middle East.
• You monitor the I&C budget, assess deviations from contractual scope, forecast time and cost, and plan and reserve field service resources (internal / external) to support scheduled activities. You ensure continuous communication with resource providers and vendors.
• You support acquisition of all required local documents such as visas, work permits, sea passports, etc., and ensure compliance with local Environmental Protection, Health Management, and Safety (EHS) procedures.
• As part of the global project team, you regularly provide I&C status reports to the Global Project Manager, project team and regional team, and coordinate weekly I&C progress meetings with involved project teams and daily site teams.
• You are responsible for preparing and coordinating all site activities required to meet acceptance testing commitments, support Site Performance Guarantee Testing, and facilitate PAC signing and punch‑list actions.
