We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Program / Project Manager (Saudi National) to lead and oversee the successful delivery of major railway or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction delivery background, a proven track record in managing large-scale transportation or infrastructure projects, and demonstrated ability to work within international, multi-disciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Provide strategic oversight and direction for the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of railway or major infrastructure projects.
• Project Delivery : Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders; foster collaborative relationships.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, including engineering, construction, and support staff.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify, assess, and manage programme risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
• Contract Management : Oversee preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts; ensure contractor and supplier performance align with project objectives.
• Financial Oversight : Develop and manage programme budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare regular financial and progress reports.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure all works comply with relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Reporting : Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders; ensure transparency on programme milestones and challenges.
• Continuous Improvement : Promote innovation, best practices, and lessons learned across projects.
