we believe construction development is more than wood, concrete, and bricks! construction is about the stories that will be created between the walls of the rooms, above the floors of the venues and under the roofs of the shared areas. construction development is the mission of building experiences that results in one brand image which delivers the core message of PAUSEING in the middle of nowhere. as Director of Construction at PAUSEAWAY, you will be leading our properties development activities in building new properties and maintaining the current ones. our Director of Construction will be a core part of a team who are responsible for overseeing the planning, designing and construction of new developments and fulfilling the maintenance and the development needs of the existing properties. you will work day-to-day closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. we believe in the power of design and construction in creating great unique stories, and our real estate development director has too. are you ready for a unique journey and equipped with the right tools? then you are welcomed.

Requirements

• Strong background in project and construction management, with proven success in luxury hospitality
• Sustainable building strategies.
• Proficient in building techniques, project management tools, and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• fluent in English.
• Willing to travel, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Self-motivated and creative problem-solver to address unforeseen challenges and potential conflicts during the construction process.
